Anti-CD45RO labels an isoform of the CD45 antigen also known as leukocyte common antigen. Anti-CD45RO reacts with thymocytes, mature activated T-cells, and a subpopulation of resting T-cells while showing no reactivity with B-cells, making this antibody helpful in identifying T-cell neoplasms.1-7
